Step 1
Welcome to the School Professionals Registration Portal for pre-K programs. The registration process is easy and can be accomplished in a few simple steps:
  1. Type in your Site ID as assigned to you by the NYCDOE in the first field and press the “Search” button. Select your program from the pop up list by clicking on the “select” link next to your program.
  2. You will note that certain information is already pre-populated based on data connected to your Site ID in the NYCDOE data base on the left side of the form. If any of this information is incorrect, please edit it by simply going to the field, deleting the existing entry, and adding in the correct information. Also, establish a password for your account.
  3. On the right side of the form, you need to tell us who in your program is authorized to place orders. The drop down window, which can be accessed by clicking the little down arrow in the field labeled “Select” will show all the contacts in the system from the NYCDOE data base. You can add any or all of these contacts as authorized users simply by highlighting the name in the list and pressing the “Add to List” button. You can add as many individuals as you like. If you want to add someone who is not in the drop down, click the “Enter New Order Placer” button, fill in the information in the pop up window and press the “add” button when done. If a pop up window does not appear, please go to your browser’s Settings menu, and allow pop ups to appear from our site.
  4. Then go back to the drop down, find the newly entered individual and highlight and add them to the list. Repeat as necessary.
  5. You will then repeat this same process to tell us all the names of people you might have the substitutes report to when they arrive to work. When an order is placed in the future, the order placer will select “report to’s” from this list.
  6. Lastly on this page, repeat the same process to tell us who will be authorized to approve time slips of the substitutes. Again, when an order is placed in the future, the order placer will specify the particular time slip approver for that order from this list.
  7. Upon completion, click “Next” on the bottom of the page.
